The customer service and communication was great. They were very kind,curtesy, and professional they didn’t have the vase I ordered however, They made sure to communicate and let me know soon after order was placed.My trainee loved her flowers.

The worse experience I’ve ever had with a florist! Not only did you send my mother dead flowers for her birthday, but they weren’t even delivered on time. They were delivered the day after her birthday. And, I purchased the premium package! This is what I paid $119 for - 4 roses and some dead flowers?! You have got to be kidding me! This is an embarrassment! I placed this order before you even opened for the day and by 4 o’clock her flowers still had not be delivered! I understand it was a busy day for your florist due to an abundance of funeral arrangements, but my mother deserves better! It appears your company needs a lesson in time management. I will be requesting a refund. The arrangement doesn’t even resemble the online picture. I will never order from your florist again!! My mother agreed she would return your dead flowers!
Definitely not what I ordered! The pictures will show that I ordered a beautiful bouquet but what I received wasn't no way near as decadent as they advertised!

My friend wanted to send flowers to me at work, but didn't know the place where I worked. However, she described what we did, and Blossoms knew exactly the location in the next town. Their detective work was amazing, and the flowers were beautiful!

Spoke with Vonda who was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful and kind. Even sent pictures I requested. I had searched other florists and they were closed. Glad they were because I would not have had the opportunity to speak with the lady at Blossoms in Studio. I would definitely do business with her again. Thank you ma’am for excellent service!
Great service, friendly and helpful! Good selection, and the delivered plant was absolutely beautiful. My daughter was thrilled with it. The bromeliad had 3 “pups” on it...so I get a baby plant!
I called Blossoms & spoke with Ms.Vonda. I explained to her that I needed a nice standup flower for a funeral, but I'm calling from another state and needed this flower to be unique. She took my order by phone & did Everything I ask her to do and the flower arrangement was a Success! Trust me, they won't let you down at Blossoms. They are really nice people, ask for Ms.Vonda!!!

A+ Rating: The arrangement arrived and from a phone call I could tell it was better then what I ordered online. I live in Charlotte, NC and was sending a Christmas bouquet to a close family member that lives near (5 min walk) this florist. Very pleased.**** I was a bit surprised it was delivered a day earlier then requested.**** I am glad she was home to receive them. I will definitely order again!😀
